Booking a Bike Repair or Service but not sure what work your bike needs?

Use this booking if you want us to run over your bike and let you know what work needs doing. Just bring your bike to the shop and we will look after the rest. 

To help us provide the best service, please follow these steps when booking your bike in for repair:

1. Leave Notes at Checkout – During checkout, add a note with:

   • Your total budget

   • A description of the issues you want fixed

2. Attach Your Order Number – Print or write your order confirmation number and attach it to your bike before drop-off.

💰 £20 Deposit – This amount is credited towards the labour cost of your requested service.

⚙️ Workshop Prices – Our pricing covers labour only. Parts are not included until we assess your bike and confirm what's needed.

⏳ Avoid Delays – If no notes are provided, this may slow down the repair process.
