Inner Tube Replacement Policy

At Ross Cycles, we no longer patch punctured inner tubes — we replace them with brand-new tubes to ensure reliable, long-lasting results.

Why?
🔧 Patching is often time-consuming and unreliable, especially with older tubes. If your tyre punctures again, it can cast doubt on the quality of the previous repair. Replacing the tube guarantees a clean, trustworthy fix.

Would you like to keep your old tube?
No problem — just let us know at checkout and we’ll set it aside for you to patch at home. Otherwise, we’ll responsibly dispose of it.

💷 Inner tube prices typically range from £8–£12, depending on size and type. This cost is payable upon collectionand is in addition to labour.

A Few Quick Reminders:

• 🛠️ Workshop prices listed are for labour only – parts (like tubes) are charged separately.

• 🏷️ Please label your bike with your order number, if possible, when dropping it off.
