• ✅ Complete Strip-Down to Bare Frame – Full disassembly for thorough inspection

• ✅ Frame Cleaned & Checked – Wiped down and checked for any damage or cracks

• ✅ Drivetrain Removed & Serviced – Pedals, crankset, bottom bracket, chain, cassette, and derailleurs are removed, degreased, cleaned, and reinstalled (or replaced if worn)

• ✅ Bottom Bracket Service – Removed, cleaned, re-greased, and reinstalled

• ✅ Wheel Truing – Wheels adjusted for straightness and optimal tension

⏳ Turnaround Time:

Due to the complexity of suspension servicing, turnaround ranges from 1–3 weeks, depending on the fork/shock brand and current workshop volume.

📋 Please Note:

• 🕙 Drop-Off Time: Bikes must be brought in by 11:00am on the day of service

• 🧽 Clean Bikes Preferred: Please bring your bike in a relatively clean condition. Excessive cleaning may incur a surcharge

• ♻️ Worn Parts Disposal: We’ll responsibly dispose of any worn or broken parts unless you request otherwise

• 🗓️ Collection Policy: Bikes should be collected within 7 days of service completion. We reserve the right to charge a storage fee for delayed collections
