🔧 What’s Included in Our Premier Bike Service:

• ✅ Complete Bike Strip-Down – Frame is fully stripped and checked for cracks or damage

• ✅ Frame Clean & Inspection – Wiped down and prepped for reassembly

• ✅ Drivetrain Removed & Cleaned – Pedals, chainset, bottom bracket, chain, cassette, and derailleurs are removed, degreased, and reinstalled or replaced if worn

• ✅ Wheel Truing – Both wheels are adjusted for straightness and spoke tension

• ✅ Tyre Check & Inflation – Tyres inspected, correctly inflated, and replaced if required

• ✅ Brake System Check – Brakes inspected; pads replaced if needed for safety and performance

• ✅ Gear Alignment – Gears checked and finely adjusted for smooth, reliable shifting

• ✅ Headset & Handlebar Check – Checked and torqued to manufacturer specifications

• ✅ Wheel Hubs Serviced – Fully stripped, cleaned, and re-greased

• ✅ Headset Serviced – Removed, cleaned, greased, and refitted

• ✅ Seatpost Cleaned & Reinstalled – Cleaned and torqued correctly to prevent seizing

🕓 Service Timing & Drop-Off Information

• Drop-Off Time: Please bring your bike in by 11:00am on the day of service

• Turnaround: We aim to complete all services by the agreed time or earlier

• Clean Condition Requested: We kindly ask that your bike arrives in a reasonably clean state – additional cleaning may incur a charge

🔩 Additional Notes:

• 🔧 Parts Not Included: This service covers labour only – worn or broken components will be quoted and replaced as needed

• ♻️ Old Parts Disposal: Any worn or broken parts will be responsibly disposed of unless you request to keep them

• 🗓️ Collection Policy: Please collect your bike within 7 days of service completion. We reserve the right to charge a storage fee for uncollected bikes
